As there are often differences of opinion between designers and regulators on the most appropriate drainage solution or contaminated land remediation technique, delays can often occur in obtaining approvals or can lead to significant problems on projects. Unfortunately the world is increasingly litigious when projects go wrong.
Based on a reputation acquired over the last decade for providing sound expert advice and objective reviews of contaminated land and sustainable drainage designs; we are regularly appointed to act for parties when a disagreement occurs between developers, contractors, consultants and regulators. Our unique approach and comprehensive knowledge of construction enables us to recommend solutions that are invariably acceptable to all concerned parties.
