FRA for Birmingham Project

EPG has been appointed to produce a flood risk assessment for the redevelopment of a 1.56 Ha commercial site adjacent to the Birmingham Canal in the Smethwick district of Birmingham.

The flood risk assessment considers flooding from various sources and the impact it could have on the development.  It also considers the impact of the development on flood risk elsewhere and proposes the use of sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) on the site to mitigate this risk.
